Experience a taste of the islands with a monthly cooking demonstration.

June's class will feature flavors of the south with step-by-step instructions, recipes and tips on how to make the classic Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo, featuring local, specialty sausages by the Kukui Sausage Company. Always a big hit with the crowd, gumbo is a great party dish that can be made ahead of time.

$100 per person
Includes cooking demonstration, multi-course lunch, 2 beverage pairings and complimentary valet or self-parking.

Following the demonstration will be a multi-course lunch served in the oceanfront Grand Salon to enjoy the just-made gumbo, with local style dirty rice, a summer salad and mixed berry trifle. Mixologist Dave Powers will pair refreshing beers.


Each class will encompass:

• Discover the perfect beverage pairings from a resident beverage specialist
